Participants in a summer forum, financed by a $293,914 National Science Foundation REU grant, study pieces of a skull loaned to Dr. Lesley Gregoricak, associate professor of anthropology at South, and Dr. Jamie Ullinger, associate professor of anthropology at Quinnipac University, by the government of the Emirate of Ras al-Khaimah in the UAE. The students collaborate with an interdisciplinary group of dynamic scientists while conducting original research over an eight-week period.
